Job Description

Role Responsibilities

Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of HubSpot, ensuring its effective integration with other systems for marketing automation, lead tracking, and CRM processes.
Actively involved in SEO efforts including keyword research, on-page SEO, and image optimization to improve organic search rankings
Oversee backend website functions to ensure optimal website performance, security, and user experience.
Researching, arranging and organizing events for the company to attend and exhibit at.
Manage full web development and content updates to keep the website fresh and aligned with business goals.
Plan, manage, and monitor the company’s presence across social media platforms.
Launch, optimize, and manage online advertising campaigns via Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Collaborate on the creation of marketing materials, organizing their distribution across email, social media, and other digital channels.
Provide support in designing PowerPoint presentations, formatting documents, and utilizing Adobe InDesign.
Manage the upkeep of the company’s online presence, ensuring regular updates, optimization, and archiving as necessary.
Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing efforts, including HubSpot analytics, to continuously improve marketing strategies and ROI.

Requirements

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Minimum 4 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in HubSpot implementation and management.
Strong knowledge of SEO, web development, and content management.
Banking or Lending sector experience is preferred.
Solid and demonstrable experience in a generalist marketing capacity.
Strong command of English language and basic copywriting capability.
Demonstrable experience of relationship management / coordination.
Exceptional presentation design skills.
Familiarity with social channels including Facebook and LinkedIn.
