Job Description

Summary of The Role

We are looking for an experienced digital marketing professional with strong technical and creative skills to support the organization’s marketing initiatives. This role is fully remote and focused on digital marketing activities, including content creation, social media management, website optimization, and paid advertising. Reporting directly to the Marketing & Digital Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing our digital presence and engagement across multiple platforms.

Role Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Website Content & SEO – Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and optimization for search engines.
PPC Advertising – Plan, execute, and monitor pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta and Google Ads, reporting on performance and suggesting improvements.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – Implement and maintain SEO best practices to improve website visibility and rankings.
Content Calendar Management – Maintain and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent digital marketing activities.
Event Promotion – Assist in promoting events through digital channels, including website updates, social media, and email campaigns.
Performance Reporting – Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Brand Consistency – Ensure consistency across all digital marketing communications, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines.

Secondary Responsibilities (Supporting the wider marketing team)

Printed Marketing Materials – Assist in the production of brochures, flyers, and other printed materials as required.
Advertising & Campaign Support – Support digital and print advertising campaigns by ensuring brand consistency and assisting in approvals.
Market Research – Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, providing insights for campaign development.
General Marketing Assistance – Provide additional support for large-scale projects and marketing initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Essential

Previous digital marketing experience, including content production (personal or professional).
Experience managing websites and PPC advertising.
Experience using graphic design software to produce visual content, such as Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and basic HTML.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with great attention to detail.
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
Basic knowledge of software such as Excel, WordPress, and email marketing tools.
Ability to take initiative and work proactively.

Desirable

At least 3 year in a similar digital marketing role.
Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.
Experience with Adobe applications such as Photoshop and InDesign.
