Job Description

Role Responsibilities

Issuing new starter pack accurately and in a timely manner.
Following up by sending out reminder emails and calls to get the completed new starter packs.
Sending out employee feedback surveys in a timely manner.
Adding employees to Rota cloud in a timely manner.
Supporting to the ongoing compliance audits.
Providing project updates and reports to team lead and/or senior management.
Assist with ad-hoc and routine projects across the HR teams and provide recruiting coordination support.

Requirements

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business management is a plus.
Minimum 2 – 4 years experience in same or similar role.
Possession exceptional communication skills.
Adhere to confidentiality, and not discuss business matters with others.
Familiar with onboarding Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
Ability to identify complex problems and related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities.
