Job Description

Summary of The Role

The Community & Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management of our properties, guest relations, and community activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in hospitality, real estate, or property management, along with strong organizational skills and a customer-centric approach.

Role Responsibilities

Property & Rental Management

Oversee Airbnb and other rental listings, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and availability.
Coordinate bookings, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Maintain high property standards by managing cleaning schedules, inspections, and on-site quality control.
Ensure compliance with local rental regulations and property management policies.

Guest Relations & Customer Service

Act as the main point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met before, during, and after their stay.
Provide prompt and professional responses to inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
Arrange transport, experiences, and additional services to enhance guest stays.
Foster strong relationships with repeat guests and encourage positive reviews and referrals.

Community Engagement & Events

Manage community communication channels, including WhatsApp groups and social media.
Build relationships with members, guests, and stakeholders to create a welcoming and engaged community.
Support event coordination by managing bookings, logistics, and vendor communication.
Assist in planning and promoting experiences, tours, and community initiatives.

Office & Administrative Management

Oversee administrative tasks related to property and office management, including bills, utility payments, and document organization.
Ensure smooth office operations, including supplies management and basic upkeep.
Maintain organized digital records and assist with property-related documentation.

Vendor & Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with cleaning teams, maintenance providers, and other vendors to ensure high property standards.
Handle procurement of supplies for properties and office needs.
Manage relationships with external service providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality service.

Requirements

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Management or equivalent.
Minimum 5 – 7 years’ experience in similar capacity.
Proven experience in hospitality, property management, community engagement, or events.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Tech-savvy with experience managing online booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com), social media, and basic administrative tools.
Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward guest experience and property management.
