Job Description

Role Responsibilities

Assist new employees with the completion of paperwork.
Create and maintain a checklist to ensure all onboarding tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Email follow-ups.
Drafting offer letters.
Authenticating onboarding documents.
Ensuring compliance with all processes.
Background Checking.
Reference Checking.
Providing project updates and reports to team lead and/or senior management.
Assist with ad-hoc and routine projects across the HR teams and provide recruiting coordination support.

Requirements

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business management is a plus.
Minimum 2 – 4 years experience in same or similar role.
Possession exceptional communication skills.
Adhere to confidentiality, and not discuss business matters with others.
Familiar with onboarding Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
Ability to identify complex problems and related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities.
