Job Description

Levein Group is a rapidly expanding Software & BPO services company with a core focus on the UK health and social care sector. As Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, fostering business growth, and driving revenue. You will manage a portfolio of over $1.5 million, ensuring our services align with client goals and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Reporting initially to the CEO and transitioning to the CRO as the company grows, this role offers the chance to work with leading UK clients. Based in Sri Lanka with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote), the role will also involve travel to the UK for client visits and trade shows (2-4 times a year).

Key Responsibilities:

Account Retention & Growth: Manage and expand a portfolio generating over $1.5 million in ARR, with a focus on UK health and social care clients.
Customer Success: Ensure a high-quality customer experience by understanding client goals and resolving issues proactively.
Lead Management & Conversion: Respond promptly to leads, nurturing them through the sales pipeline and converting them into long-term clients.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and portfolio performance using CRM systems.
Sales Proposal Development: Design solutions and create sales proposals tailored to the specific needs of small and mid-sized businesses in the UK and Europe.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams across sales, marketing, and operations to deliver seamless service.
UK Travel: Attend trade shows, client visits, and industry events in the UK (up to 2-4 visits per year).

Requirements

Person Specification:

Non-Negotiable Skills for Screening:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
Proven experience working with startups and mid-sized clients based in the UK or Europe.
Demonstrated responsibility for managing portfolios exceeding US$1.5 million.
Strong knowledge of account management playbooks, frameworks, and best practices.
A startup mindset, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Exceptional English language skills at CEFR C1 or above.

Nice to Have / Plus Points:

Experience helping a Sri Lankan BPO scale to US$10 million in revenue.
Extensive work with UK health and social care sector clients.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Strong understanding of the UK health and social care sector.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in CRM systems.
University degree demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to travel internationally to the UK for business meetings and trade shows.
