Job Description

Summary of The Role

The Senior Customer Support Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing high-quality service and support. They act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on products and services. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customercentric attitude, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently.

Role Responsibilities

Answer phones and professionally communicating with patients and clients over the phone.
Follow up emails and staying on top of multiple inboxes for patients, clients and service providers.
Use Microsoft Office Suite to assist with data & analytics, and operational tasks.
Provide admin support for group testing events.
Help support the Managers & CEO with ad hoc task.

Requirements

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Degree in Customer Service, Medical Administration or relevant field preferred (Optional).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in same or similar role.
Experience in Healthcare, GP clinic, hospital or Pathology lab engaging with clients and customers
Excellent Customer Service track record
Proven skill/qualification using the full Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Microsoft Forms
Proven Intermediate – Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Proven creative and proactive problem-solving attitude and experience
Excellent oral communication skills
Excellent written communication skills
