Job Description

This is a remote position.

Role Responsibilities

Design content for the organization to use in various ways (for example social media, the website, posters, leaflets etc)
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media
Manage social media marketing plans and content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc
Update organization webistes with content for the blog sections
Oversee the design and functionality of the company’s e-commerce site, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly experience
Manage general marketing to our customers, ie using a mailing platform to send out emails to customers for which we have marketing consent
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
Stay on top of best practices, new features and trends in ecommerce, digital marketing and technology

Requirements

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Information Technology
Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in similar role
Experience in online marketing roles in the pharmacy or healthcare industry in preferred
Experience with e-commerce platforms, web analytics, and web technologies
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills Familiarity with SEO/SEM and CRM software
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Project management experience, with a knack for multitasking and prioritization
