Summary of the role

The Senior Sales Executive (B2C) with strong telesales experience is responsible for driving direct-to-consumer sales through effective phone call interactions. This role involves engaging potential and existing customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to convert leads into sales. The senior executive is expected to meet or exceed sales targets, build and maintain customer relationships, and provide exceptional customer service. A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a proven track record in telesales.

Role Responsibilities

Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads to ensure consistent sales activity.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other channels.
Track and report sales performance metrics regularly to the sales manager.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
Having a deep understanding of the company’s products or services and being able to effectively communicate their features, advantages, and benefits to customers.
Achieve the set targets and KPIs (daily, weekly, periodically).
Staying updated with industry trends, product developments, and sales techniques.
Continuously improving sales skills and knowledge through training and professional development.
Following UK company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales and customer interactions.
Achieve high standards of business excellence.

Requirements

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience.
Experience doing telesales over the phone is a must.
2 years of sales experience in UK,US or Australia market is preferred.
Experience using VOIP systems, CRMs and other business technologies
Experience using Google Suite. Being Tech Fluency is preferred.
Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to voice out opinions.
Ability to be flexible in terms of working hours within the interest of company.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
