Job Description

Summary of The Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Tele Sales Agent to engage pharmaceutical wholesalers across global markets. The role involves conducting outbound outreach, managing inbound enquiries, presenting product portfolios, negotiating pricing, and overseeing the full sales cycle from prospecting to order confirmation. The ideal candidate will build strong international partnerships while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and coordinating closely with procurement, logistics, and regulatory teams. This position requires strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage global accounts professionally.

Role Responsibilities

Outbound & Inbound Call Handling

Conduct outbound calls to pharmaceutical wholesalers across global markets to introduce products and establish supply partnerships.
Handle inbound enquiries from distributors, wholesalers, and procurement teams regarding product availability, pricing, MOQs, and logistics.
Clearly present product portfolios, regulatory compliance, and competitive advantages.
Follow approved sales scripts and pricing frameworks while maintaining a professional, relationship-driven approach.

Account Development & Order Management

Identify, qualify, and onboard new wholesale partners across international markets.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from initial outreach to quotation, negotiation, and order confirmation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation (invoices, COAs, regulatory paperwork, export documentation).
Support repeat orders and maintain consistent communication to strengthen long-term partnerships.

Internal Coordination & Market Intelligence

Liaise with procurement, logistics, and regulatory teams to confirm stock availability and delivery timelines.
Share market feedback, competitor insights, and pricing trends with leadership.
Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to improving sales scripts, processes, and global expansion initiatives.

Requirements

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Prior experience in telesales, call centre, or customer service roles (outbound experience preferred).
Prior experience in pharmaceutical whole sale industry.
Strong communication skills in English, clear, persuasive, and empathetic.
Proven ability to handle high call volumes and meet sales or outreach targets.
Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
Strong problem-solving and escalation skills.
Ability to multitask effectively while staying organized.
